If you are unable to collect your mail in person or on a regularly basis, we will scan your incoming mails to your account. You can read or download the mails from anywhere in the world. Also, you can set up your mail forwarding address and simply instruct us a mail forwarding option from your account portal.

- Scanning all incoming mails to your account with provision of 5GB storage.
- Mail Notification: By email.
- Mail Handing: Weekly/Monthly Mail Forwarding.
- Forwarding postage will be deducted from client’s deposit (minimum HK$500) or by using client's courier account.
Parcel Service
Parcels delivery is common and unavoidable in business world. You can mail or receive product samples and gifts. You can also forward a product to your customer via this service. We will assist you on handling and forwarding your parcels to grow your business together.
Service:
- Receiving, storing and forwarding all incoming parcels which weight under 5kg or dimension within 20x30x40cm.
- Parcel Notification: By email.
- Parcel Handing: 1) Forwarding to client's assigned address; and 2) Storing for 5 Days FREE for your collection and forwarding.
- Forwarding postage will be deducted from client’s deposit (minimum HK$ 2,000) or by using client's courier account.
- Extra HK$50 per day is charged once the FREE 5 days of storage expired.
Phone & Fax
We assist in answering all incoming calls in your business name and notice message from the caller by email immediately. We forward all incoming faxes to your email.
